Mission Statement

CLAMA is a non-profit organization (501-c 3) filed under the State of California, whose mission is to utilize music, Arts and media communication technology in the advancement of the community by: .: Empowering, organizing and promoting bi-lingual/bi-cultural professional and aspiring Hispanic talent within both the Christian and non-Christian communities. .: Providing bi-lingual educational forums and workshops for Hispanic adults, children and youth (musical instruments, vocal training, recording, worship seminars, etc) .: Teach, educate and encourage the artistic needs of Latino children and youth through music and Arts. .: Provide positive role-model programs and mentoring to at-risk and adjudicated Latino youth via music and the Arts.

Description

RYTMO is a music and music technology based program in the Orange County area, which utilizes music and technology to engage and equip youth who are passionate about learning occupational skills that can lead to job opportunities related to the music industry. Classes are hands on and take place at a state of the art recording studio facility in Anaheim, CA. RYTMO also provides valuable one to one adult mentoring, and academic support through tutoring to youth who are basic skills deficient. Utilizing artistic and creative stragegies that are relevant to youth today, RYTMO has become one of the most sought after programs in Orange County. RYTMO counts on the support of many of the local youth programs in Orange County, as well as strong support from music industry professionals, community leaders and County officials. Our cutting-edge approach to learning has proven to be especially effective in working with troubled youth in the community.
