Dreams2Destiny Center/The Landing

Description

We encourage our people to give to the community through our Glenpool Outreach Center. We have a free lunch every Tuesday and we give food to people who live in the area to come to the outreach. Currently we give to approximately 175 families a month. We purchase our food from the Tulsa Food Bank and distribute to Glenpool, Kiefer, Mounds and Liberty Mounds. On Mondays we have volunteers who unload and pack the food into boxes for distribution on Tuesdays.

Our Youth has an outreach to the community in the summer. Last summer they had classes in the Glenpool Park to help the kids to understand their value and what it means to give to others. Free lunches were served and crafts and activities throughout the day.

Last summer we had a skateboarding program at the Glenpool skate park to influence kids to have fun and learn to act in a kind and considerate way to others.

The Dreams2Destiny Center is here to help others see their dreams turn into their destiny.
