Mission Statement

Lovonya DeJean Middle School Mission Statement: Lovonya Dejean will provide a diversity-sensitive environment that is grounded in cultural and liguistic richness that does not tolerate racism or exclusion and values beliefs and expectations that help to manifest powerful learning. We will strive to build communication structures that support learning and mobilize stakeholders to create a dynamic learning environment that uses a standards-based accountability system and assessment to drive curriculum and instruction and measure student progress.
