We are currently celebrating 27 years of providing high-quality service to low-income adults with intellectual disabilities such as Autism and Down Syndrome. Through our 100% community-based work model, we foster interactive participation with businesses and the general public rather than isolate program participants in a sheltered environment. Our profound community impact is evident in four counties throughout California including San Diego, San Bernardino, Santa Clara, and Santa Cruz. Those directly affected by our tremendous programs are our participants, their families, employers, co-workers and supporters; each represents the strides Californians are willing to take to create universal social equality.
