Mission Statement

Women against Discrimination in the Court System (WADCS) is a non-profit organization of women, who have previously been involved, in any form of racism, sexism, economic oppression or any other form of discrimination through the system. Such discrimination includes but is not limited to loss of child custody due to the injustice of the Court during a divorce or custody battle. Since it's founding, WADCS's goal has been to take action against injustice and to bring about fairness for all women in the court system.

Description

WADCS works to eradicate all forms of abuse through the system: racism, sexism and economic oppression. We strive to end all forms of domestic violence, promote equality and motivate justice in our society for all women and children. WADCS's official priorities are pressing for an amendment to the U.S. Constitution that will guarantee justice and fairness for women in family court, Supreme Court and other United States Courts; achieving economic equality for women; supporting civil rights for all and opposing racism ; and ending violence against women in our court rooms.
