Mission Statement

Our mission at Hospice Advantage is to provide care, comfort, and compassion to the whole family. We provide the best end-of-life care through an interdisciplinary team that supports patients and families in their home, nursing home or residential facility. Support services are nurse case management, social service, chaplain service and home health aides.

Description

Hospice Advantage is a Medicare, Medicaid Certified program providing superior end-of-life care services. Hospice Advantage was started to better serve the needs of terminally ill patients in the US. In November, 2004, Hospice Advantage was Founded by Rod Hildebrant, MSA, CHCE, a health care executive with more than 25 years experience in the home health care and hospice industries.
