Salem-Keizer CDC mission is to help low and moderate income families attain financial self sufficiency through the provision of safe, stable, quality affordable housing, financial asset building opportunities and community and resident services.

Description

Salem-Keizer CDC is the only provider of low income housing in the Sale-Keizer metropolitan area. In addition to housing, we provide a menu of services to our residents and neighbors including: Free tx filing preparation, financial literacy classes designed to give the participants sustainable self-sufficient skills, and an Individual Development Account (savings program) with a 3 to 1 match.
