Mission Statement

The mission of the International Education Center is to provide tools by which first generation immigrants, refugees and their families become independent and productive members of the Twin Cities community.

Description

The International Education Center (IEC) is an Adult Basic Education program that provides English as a Second Language (ESL), computer skills, and other instruction to the adult immigrant and refugee population of the Twin Cities.
