Mission Statement

To balance the health, public safety, and welfare needs of people and animals in Oklahoma by responsibly and humanely enforcing animal-related laws; providing nourishment and a safe environment for unwanted, stray, abused and displaced animals; educating the public about responsible companion animal ownership; investigating cases where animal care is questionable; and finding new loving homes for homeless animals.

Description

We were formed to help animals in Oklahoma find proper placement. Even though Oklahoma has a large number of animal rescues, too many of them are always full and turn people away who need help finding a home for their pet or a stray they have been caring for. We take in and re-home as many as we can to help cut down on how many are being killed at the shelters. We also provide help to those who work with wildlife in Oklahoma. Finding proper release sites and sometimes homes if the animal is not able to be returned to the wild. We have a FREE newsletter of helpful information for anyone who cares about animals.
