Mission Statement

The Aaron Diamond AIDS Reseach Center (ADARC) is the largest private HIV/AIDS research center in the world and a leader in the search for a vaccine and a cure. Founded in 1991, ADARC focuses on basic research efforts to increase understanding of the structure and function of HIV and to define the mechanism by which it destroys the immune system.

Description

The Center's groundbreaking discoveries over the past decade have improved the lives of thousands of people living with HIV. Building upon these achievements, ADARC is looking toward the future with new research initiatives that promise to reduce the suffering this epidemic has brought to millions around the world.
