Mission Statement
To effectively generate, organize and distribute resources to help meet our community's evolving human needs, focusing on the areas of education, income and health.
Description
We partner with local human service agencies to address the needs in our community around Education, Income and Health. In addition, to yearly granting of funds we recruit volunteers and mentors to work on addressing needs around our focus areas, i.e. Volunteer Income Tax Program (VITA), Financial Stability programs, and Homelessness.
Community Partners: Adult Literacy, American Red Cross, Ark-Tex Council of Government, Big Brothers Big Sisters, Boy Scouts, Boys and Girls Club, CASA for KIDS, Children's Advocacy Center, CitySquare Paris, Down syndrome Society, Downtown Food Pantry, ETCADA, Girl Scouts, Habitat for Humanity, The King's Daughters, Lamar County Homelessness Coalition, Meals on Wheels, New Hope Center, RSPV, St. Vincent de Paul, Salvation Army, Shelter Agencies for Families in East Texas (SAFE-T), Texas Dream Center, and others.
