Mission Statement

The Richmond/Ermet AIDS Foundation (REAF) raises funds for and awareness about AIDS service agencies in the SF Bay Area through the production of quality entetainment events.

Description

REAF produces a number of fundraising events, primarily celebrity-driven musical concerts, silent and live auctions and high donor receptions.

Primary events include an annual summer gala titeled "Help is on the Way" which features a pre-concert gala reception featuring special wine tastings, spirt bars and hors d'oeuvres provided by many top Bay Area restaurants & caterers; a Broadway-quality concert; and a dessert party with the cast following the performance.

We also produce a similar annual holiday event titled "Help is on the Way for the Holidays; a "One Night Only" series of benefit cabaret shows with touring Broadway casts and an all dance event called "Dances from the Heart" featuring dancers from many top Bay Area dance companies.

Most events also feature silent and/or live auctions.
