Mission Statement

The mission of the Zia Family Focus Center is to provide an after school enrichment program in a safe, nurturing and fun environment for the children it serves at minimal costs for families.

Description

The Family Focus Center, (FFC) is a community center that offers educational outreach and development. FFC seeks to assist the Bernalillo County social services Program to improve the quality of life for low and moderate income residents of Bernalillo County.

Our after-school programs integrate literacy education with dance, drama, music, physical education, and visual arts for academic enhancement activities helping to meet or exceed local and state educational standards in core curriculum. The course offerings at FFC are at a much reduced rate. Scholarships are made available for qualifying families to ensure that cost is not a barrier to participation at FFC.
