Mission Statement

The Nevada Housing Division Mission:

To assist and encourage the private sector and other government entities in the creation and maintenance of affordable housing throughout the State.

Description

The Nevada Housing Division was created by the Nevada Legislature in 1975 when it was recognized that a shortage of safe, decent, and sanitary housing existed throughout the State for persons and families of low- and moderate-income.
