Description

Annunciation Maternity Home is a free, full service home for young women who are experiencing crisis pregnancies. We offer long-term care that begins when the resident arrives and continues up to two years after the baby is born. The home is staffed by caring professionals who are advised by a dedicated board of directors. We charge our residents nothing. All of our operating funds come from charitable foundations and generous individual donors.

Kicked me out 8 months pregnant on the streets knowing that I had nowhere else to go. Just for being stressed out and they kept a girl who was cussing at me inside. And I have a high risk pregnancy with no where safe to go. Now I am on the streets because of them and the stole my important documents and the police officers won't do anything about it. I have donated more services than what they provided for me. Also this place is extremely racist I wouldn't recommend it. They left me in a hospital and said that they where going to come and get me and never did than they claim to be Christian based also they didn't even schedule any doctor appointments for me. If they don't give me my stuff back there's going to be a problem they just left me with hard saddles no clothes and 8 months pregnant.

Working with AMH was particularly rewarding due to the fact they were well-organized and the tasks were planned in advance. We were able to accomplish a lot due to this. We received a tour of the campus and a briefing about their mission. It was wonderful working with such a great organization. Look forward to it again.

They truely appreciated our help. Their mission is admirable and they organized an opportunity for us to meet some of the residents. They were so easy to work with and flexible in organizing around our schedules. I thoroughly enjoyed working with the volunteer orgainzer who was super friendly. If i had one negative comment, we had a large group and they ran out of jobs for us to do!
