All Empowered is committed to facilitating community unity and providing the tools for our participants' success. This is achieved by providing support services in education, training, mentoring, counseling, communication, leadership, and life skills for at-risk individuals and those struggling with poverty, violence, or incarceration. We also serve those facing emotional, literacy, medical, employment, housing, legal, or substance abuse challenges.
Description
All Empowerd, Inc. (AE) was established in 2003 to provide hands-on assistance to individuals and families in under-served communities with high rates of poverty, illiteracy, substance abuse, homelessness, incarceration, family and community violence, poor healthcare, unemployment and underemployment.
The AE approach is one of compassion and practicality, implemetned through one of three "pipelines": AE sponsored: (1) educational, (2) youth leadership and mentoring programs, and (3) group (youth or adults) coaching and life-skills workshops. Some of the services include, but are not limited to: self-esteem building, interviewing and job retention, budgeting, healthy nutrition, and positive image.
At AE, efforts are focused on providing a comprehensive range of basic and safety-net services for populations that have "fallen through the cracks" for too long. As we encourage each of our clients to develop their own goals and priorities, we strive to give them the tools to create a healty, secure, productive, and successful life.
