At The Avenue, we recognize that people are individual as their needs. We offer a complete program of services and amenities uniquely packaged to accommodate seniors who are able to live independently, as well as seniors who would like assistance with daily living activities. Our emphasis is on independence and dignity in a stimulating environment.

Description

Senior assisted living on Van Ness Ave. Nine floors, newly constructed, with enclosed sun room, terraces, three dining areas, library, on-site beauty salon, spa/massage areas and exercise room. Entire 5th floor is dedicated to activities - including fitness, cultural, educational and recreational pursuits. "The Clubhouse" includes our Drawing Room with working fireplace, piano, games tables, Bistro and Computer Lab reserved for residents. There is free parking for volunteers in our on-site parking garage.
