The mission of The Centers is to improve the lives of those it serves through integrated behavioral health, primary care, early learning, and workforce services. Its vision is to use innovation and leadership to strengthen the community by providing individuals and families with life-changing solutions to lead healthier and more successful lives. The Centers is the leading Northeast Ohio human services organization that helps nearly 25,000 individuals to build better futures each year. We believe it is time for change. Poverty can no longer be permitted to be a predictor of a person’s success. At The Centers we show needy families and at-risk children in Cuyahoga County how to build a better future by being healthy, educated, independent and connected.
