Mission Statement
The American Bladder Cancer Society’s function is to raise awareness of Bladder Cancer among the general public and the medical community, to advocate for the advance of research into a cure, treatment, early diagnosis and quality of life issues of survivors, to support Bladder Cancer survivors by providing community as well as by encouraging the concept of informed medical consumerism.
The American BladderCancer Society is founded on the principle that it is open and free to all, it does not discriminate on any basis inclusive of race/ethnicity, color, national origin, sex, disability, religious beliefs, financial status, veteran status, sexual orientation or age in the administration of any of its activities including employment, usage and community support. And that at all times its activities will embrace those in need and will reflect respect for all.
