Christian Health Ministries is an organization of volunteer licensed physicians and therapists dedicated to healing the whole person-body, mind, and spirit. Our mission is to treat those suffering from pain of many causes, but without the finances to afford needed help.

Description

The Southwest Florida Free Pain Clinic treats: Acute and Chronic: Fibromyalgia/Chronic Fatigue, Neck and back pain, Headaches, Joint pains and injuries. No controlled substances such as narcotics are prescribed.

Free services include: Comprehensive Medical Treatment for Pain, Chiropractic, Physical Therapy and Therapeutic Exercise, Massage Therapy, Counseling and Prayer, Nutrition and Lifestyle Education.

The Southwest Florida Free Pain Clinic is a member of the Florida Association of Free Clinics, and contracts with the Florida Department of Health, Volunteer Health Services Progrm. To be eligible for our services, you must have no insurance and have income less than 200% of the federal poverty level.
