Mission Statement

Overseas China Education Foundation (OCEF) is an independent, non-governmental, non-profit charity Foundation. Its mission is to raise fund to promote China's education, to focus its work on helping under-privileged children in rural areas of China to obtain basic education as well to provide service to all overseas Chinese who desire to give back to their community.

Description

Registered in Texas and California as a 501 (c) (3) non-profit charity organization, OCEF is dedicated to helping less-privileged children in rural areas of China complete basic education. OCEF follows a need-based policy in distributing financial aid. It has helped more than 10,000 children from 19 provinces of Mainland China since it was founded in 1992.
