Mission Statement

Agape Hospice promises to provide the standard of care that all Georgians are promised and deserve. Our care will be fully in compliance with Georgia State and Medicare rules and regulations as required. We will care for your loved ones with professional and experienced hospice staff as if they were our own family. Our staff of professionals includes Registered Nurses, Social Workers, Certified Nursing Assistants, Spiritual Care Coordinators, Physicians and trained volunteers.

Agape Hospice was founded by individuals who reside here in Georgia and have a passion and commitment to the patients and families of Georgia, to provide the very best in end of life care. Agape Hospice is currently providing Home Hospice care care to the people of Georgia.
