It is the mission of the Fulcrum Institute Dispute Resolution Clinic to provide a permanent non-profit organization in which low to moderate-income individuals may participate in the resolution of disputes in an informal, professional forum while avoiding costly litigation.
To encourage broad community participation to develop, administer, and oversee local dispute resolution programs, to train qualified mediators, and to serve as a model for dispute reolution clinics in other communities.
To enter partnerships and operating agreements with local, state, and federal agencies and community organizations to provide affordable, professional mediation services through our non-profit corporation.
RE-START C-P-R MENTORING PROGRAM.
It is the mission of the Re-Start C-P-R Mentoring program to provide consistent and caring mentors/life coahes to guide, support, and inspire participants to develop the attitudes and skills that will help them to become successful in their personal lives, and in the workplace, and become positive, contributing members of the community.
The Program envisions a community in which ex-offenders experience meaningful one-to-one relationships with a mentor/life coach and receive community assistance allowing each individual to devlop his or her full potential, and become capable of making informed, responsible decisions as involved members of the community.
