COC will provide the outdoor experience to the inner-city youth in the Greater Houston area ,while promoting positive life choices and strong moral character.

Description

Faith based youth outreach, teach outdoor skills. Camping, fishing, TPWD Hunter Education, TWA Huntmasters, hunting. Mentoringand life skills.
