Mission Statement

At Loyola Village Elementary School & Loyola Village Fine and Performing Arts Magnet Center, we strive to provide your child with a strong academic and social foundation. Our goal is to motivate, nurture and challenge each child to fully develop their potential. Our student body reflects the rich diversity of our great city, and students gather on our beautifully landscaped campus to share their talents and put forth their best effort each day.

Description

Our students learn the six pillars of Character Counts -- trustworthiness, respect, responsibility, fairness, caring and citizenship. These pillars reinforce ethical values and teach self-discipline. Our collegial faculty and staff embrace the concept of a professional learning community, and our families partner with us to enrich our curricular program in a welcoming, creative and caring environment.

Students express their uniqueness through the arts and discover a love of learning through engaging hands-on lessons in the core subject areas.
