A Rotta Love Plus is dedicated to rehoming Rottweilers and pit bulls in Minnesota, raising breed awareness, educating the public about responsible pet ownership, and advocating for the humane and equal treatment of all dogs without prejudice.

Description

A Rotta Love Plus (ARLP) is a comprehensive and proactive all-volunteer advocacy organization that uses a "nose-to-tail" approach to address the issues faced by Rottweilers and pit bulls. ARLP's strategies include public outreach and awareness to repair the reputation of its breeds, community enrichment and education via its therapy dog program, spay/neuter initiatives, owner education and training, and foster-based dog rescue and rehoming.

Each time I have volunteered, it has been an excellent use of my time for a wonderful cause. In the few months I have been involved, I have also seen the effects that the organization has on the dogs as well as on other community organizations. This is a place you can volunteer and quickly see the fruits of your efforts.
