Mission Statement

Metro Ferals, Inc., a 501 (c), (3) an all-volunteer organization established in 1997, was established to reduce the suffering of feral cats and kittens by promoting a non-lethal alternative to the feral cat population, specifically â  TNRâ  , Trap-Neuter-Return, in Washington DC, Northern Virginia and Maryland.

Description

Young kittens are socialized and adopted through our adoption program. Feral cats are returned to their â  homeâ  , where they are managed by their caretaker. We run a low cost spay/neuter clinic for feral cats and provide assistance to people wishing to TNR the cats they feed and maintain.
