Healing with Horses Ranch provides safe, affordable Equine Assisted Activities and Therapies (EAAT) to individuals with physical, cognitive or emotional challenges to promote healing and independence. Organized as a nonprofit with 501 (c) (3) tax exempt status, our goal is to partner with educational, philanthropic, health care delivery, and other organizations to provide equine assisted activities and therapies to all students, regardless of their ability to pay.
Therapeutic Riding - a distinctive combination of sport, recreation, and education in partnership with the horse focused on improving functional life skills for those with disabilities.
Equine Facilitated Education - guided interactions with the horses aimed at improving coping skills, academic performance, and healthier family relationships for veterans, at-risk youth, and others who may have experienced trauma.
