That is the "big, audacious goal" which XLUR8 Educational and Research Foundation, Inc. (XLUR8) is striving to achieve.
Description

(XLUR8) has been organized as a nonprofit corporation in the State of Florida with organizational form and exclusive operational purpose to qualify for IRS 501(c)3 tax exempt status as a publicly supported educational, research, and charitable entity. XLUR8 's "Global Ends Statement" is:
"Transitioning and retired US Armed Forces members and their spouses and dependents, senior workforce professionals in declining industries, unemployed persons with non-current workforce skills, and other qualified beneficiaries experience a continually improving standard of living, stability, a sense of community, self-esteem and self-actualization. These Ends will be achieved in a sustainable manner that represents value for the resources invested."
In short, "Our beneficiaries have the jobs which they want." Specifically, our vision is 1,500 transitioning and retired U.S. Armed Forces members, and others, have the jobs which they want by June 30, 2015.
Aloha and Be Well!
