Daly City Partnership, a small non-profit operating for over 20 years has 5 divisions:
After School Academic Programs (A.S.A.P.)
After School Literacy Tutoring, Homework Assistance and Enrichment programs for all 15 elementary and middle schools in Daly City.
Community Action Response Team (C.A.R.T. )
CART staff works with families through referral from Children and Family Services, usually in crisis mode, for up to six months in order to stabilize them.
Our Second Home (OSH)
Our Second Home Early Childhood Family Resource Center is Daly City’s first community center dedicated to the needs of young children and to providing support for the adults in their lives.
Healthy Aging Response Team (H.A.R.T.)
HART is a collaborative effort of local organizations that have come together to serve the rapidly changing needs of adults 50+ and persons with disabilities. It promotes a sense of community-building by allowing peers to volunteer and help their neighbors.
Daly City Community Resource Center (DCCRC)
The DCCRC provides support and quality crisis intervention services, either directly or by referral, empowering individuals/families towards self-sufficiency.
