Mission Statement
The Community Bioethics Forum is a small group of community members with interests in medical ethics issues. Forum members are invited to one meeting/month (November-June), each consisting of a lecture by a top medical ethicist and a discussion about how these issues impact ourselves and our loved ones. Topics will focus on critical, and sometimes misunderstood, medical issues in the New Haven area. Members will be volunteers from the greater New Haven area, and we plan for a membership that is varied across occupation, cultural groups, religious affiliation, & educational background.
