Mission Statement

Youth Conservation Corps (YCC) is a registered 501(c)(3) organization that challenges society's perception of today's youth. For the mission of developing youth and young adults into productive citizens, working, participating and living in Lake County, Illinois. YCC has been supporting these services for over three decades and currently has four programs.

Description

Youth Conservation Corps is a nonprofit organization dedicated to developing Lake County’s young citizens by providing life and work skills, environmental education, GED training and employment for youth engaged in conservation projects on new homes and public lands throughout the county.
