To offer services and housing to women who are homeless, chemically dependent and those being released from incarceration. To provide a comprehensive program of life skills, training and education. To provide women with structure, counseling and referral to obtain employment and permanent housing. To help women gain their self-respect and their place in society, and also to become firmly established in sobriety/recovery.
