Operation HOPE, a national non-profit self-help organization, seeks to bring economic self-sufficiency and a sustained spirit of revitalization to America's inner city communities. Operation HOPE will accomplish this ambitious objective through its ongoing collaborations and long-term partnerships with leading government, private sector, and community interests. Operation HOPE will ultimately fulfill its mission statement through the effective, hands-on implementation of results oriented specialized empowerment programs. Economic empowerment. Digital empowerment. Economic education. Economic literacy. Operation HOPE measures success through conversion; from check cashing customers into depository customers at banks, from renters into homeowners, from small business dreamers into small business owners, and finally, the conversion from minimum wage workers into living wage workers in our inner-city communities.
