To partner with families and the community to ensure that every child has what he or she needs to succeed in school.
Whitefoord Community Program is a community-based, community-driven organization that strives to empower residents of the Whitefoord Elementary School catchment area to take charge of themselves, their children, and their community. The catchment area is located within the Edgewood community of southeast Atlanta, Georgia. It is a one square mile area representing approximately 2000 families. We offer three primary strategies to ensure that every child will be successful in school: Health care. Pre-school education and Beyond School Hours Programs. Our programs and services focus on principles that will help each family build a strong foundation. We are excited you have visited our site and encourage you to visit us in Edgewood to see our program in action.
