Mission Statement

Friends of Abused Children, Inc. improves the lives of abused, neglected and abandoned children. Our mission is to reach such child in our community and provide her or him with whatever goods, services, experiences and relationships required for the child to overcome the effects of child abuse and neglect. Friends is concerned adults delivering what is needed for the child to recover their well being, self esteem, dignity, and potential for greatness.

Description

Friends of Abused Children, Inc. raises funds to provide for the needs of abused, abandoned and neglected children throughout Palm Beach County.

By providing funding assisstance wherever deemed necessary, FAC contributes to development, enrichment and self esteem needs, as well as basic and continuing education and life necessities for children at risk.FAC programs provide new clothing, summer camp experiences, transportation, psychotherapy, academic tutoring, college scholarships, enrichment activities sucha s dance and music lessons, medical/orthodontur, holiday and birthday gifts.

FAC encourages financial support from business, and the community
