Objectives for this walk include: to increase community awareness of Cystic Fibrosis, to raise funds for CF research, to promote healthy lifestyle activities in Mesquite, to increase community awareness of our facility and its capabilities, and to educate the community on physical therapy as October is National Physical Therapy month.

Description

Mesquite Specialty Hospital and Mesquite Rehabilitation Institute have teamed up with the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation to bring a Great Strides walk to Mesquite for the first time. This walk is a 10K that starts and ends at the hospital campus, 1024 N Galloway Ave. Registration starts at 8 AM and the walk starts at 8:30 AM on Saturday October 6th.
