Mission Statement

Our Mission is to upgrade the health, education and living standards for the children and families of agricultural workers, laborers, and the underserved. Our Vision is to end the cycle of poverty for the families that we serve in South Florida.

Description

We have more than 500 volunteers, including more than 100 licensed doctors and 80 licensed dentists who provide primary medical care, dental care, treatment for hypertension and diabetes, gynecological services, mammograms, x-rays, laboratory testing, medication, health education, and preventive medicine. Our services help prevent medical crises, avoiding costly hospitalizations and eliminating the use of local emergency rooms. We estimate that our services save local hospitals between $3 to $5 million a year.
