Description
Santa Rosa Junior Team Tennis League
Santa Rosa Junior Team Tennis League (SRJTTL) is a non-profit Community Tennis Association (CTA) formed in 2009 by volunteers in an effort to promote and develop the growth of tennis for local youth. We offer Junior Team Tennis, featuring the 10 and Under Tennis Format for our younger players. We hope that you will join us in our mission to grow tennis in the greater Santa Rosa community.
USTA Junior Team Tennis
USTA Junior Team Tennis brings kids together in teams to play singles, doubles and mixed doubles against other teams. It promotes social skills and important values by fostering a spirit of cooperation and unity, as well as individual self-growth. Also, it’s a fun environment for kids in which they learn that success is more about how they play the game not whether they - win or lose.
How does it work?
USTA Jr. Team Tennis is designed for kids ages 5-14 (must be enrolled in Kindergarten). They are immediately placed on teams. All you need to start a league are two teams. Matches are held at Montgomery High School in Santa Rosa. Teams are co-ed and are divided by the following age and play levels: U6, U8, U10, U12 and U14.
