The Mission Statement of Faye Clark's New Horizons is to affect positively: The quality of life for individuals with mental retardation and other developmental disabilities; to meet their multiple needs and those of their families, and to minimize the effects of developmental disabilites.

Description

Faye Clark's New Horizons provides a program to empower individuals with developmental disabilities to require and maintain a lifestyle of independence; to maximize their capabilities in order to live harmoniously in the community. Residential services are currently provided for an overall maximum of 41 individuals. The program offers residential habilitation training in the areas of self-care and daily living skills, with a primary focus to improve the overall quality of life of each person served.
