Mission Statement

The Ranch is a 60 acre facility dedicated to the mandate that "The best thing for the inside of a kid is the outside of a horse". We feel that every child can benefit in some way from the opportunity to "just be a kid" no matter what their special circumstances.

Description

The M-Bar-C Ranch conducts a Ranch Experience Program for children who are physically, mentally, emotionally or financially disadvantaged. The children learn to ride horses and participate in real ranch activities. The program is free and is conducted by an all volunteer staff that includes experienced cowboys and cowgirls with a special understanding of the needs of such affected children.
