Mission Statement

First, the 49th Ward Young Democrats actively seek to promote political integrity and honesty through our public service activities and political associations; second, we strive to contribute to the betterment of society through our political and social activities; third, leading by the examples which we set, we work to inspire and encourage youth to become politically active and socially conscious today so that they may become the leaders of tomorrow.
