L.A. Shanti is a volunteer driven not for profit organization, dedicated to empowering individuals of diverse communities affected by HIV, cancer, and other life-threatening illnesses through emotional support, prevention, and education services.

Description

The vision of L.A. Shanti is to be the leader in quality volunteer driven programs and models that provide information and emotional support using the Shanti model of compassionate presence to people confronting and coping with life challenging issues. We strive to set the standard for serving diverse communities with respect and compassion.
