Mission Statement

Our mission is to aid those in need through hands-on philanthropic projects. Assistance League of Minneapolis/St. Paul is a chapter of National Assistance League. We help people remove obstacles in their lives by addressing unmet needs of the community. Be it a child who receives one-on-one reading help, the immediate clothing needs of a sexual assault victim whose own clothes were taken into custody as evidence, or the uniform needs of school children, all of these people are served by Assistance League.

Description

Vision Statement: Raise the self-esteem of every child and adult we touch. Assistance League is a nonprofit organization of volunteers who are committed to identifying unmet needs and addressing them through programs developed and administered by our members. About 180 members work year round to fund and serve our nine programs.
