To provide hopsice services to terminally ill patients and their families, by working together with nurses, doctors, social workers, chaplains and volunteers to achieve optimum physical, emotional, and spiritual comfort throughout the dying process. Also, to deliver quality bereavement/grief support to the family after the patient's death.

Gilbert's Hospice is a part of Gilbert's Home Health Agency, one of the first home health agencies established in Mississippi.
