Description

Lutheran Hospice is a non-profit, non-denominational outreach ministry serving Charleston, Dorchester, Berkeley counties. We are dedicated to honoring patient wishes and goals for their end-of-life care and educating/ supporting caregivers through their loved one's changes. We provide our services through a team approach with the patient's physician, our hospice Medical Director, Nurses, Hospice Certified Nursing Assistants, Medical Social Workers, Spiritual Support, Bereavement Counseling, and trained Volunteers.
