It is our mission to strengthen families and grow a sustainable regional economy by helping people to improve their lives in ways that will lead to social change, cultivate leadership and promote empowerment of individuals through education and training.

Description

IFA offers programs that include tutoring, life skills, empowerment for men, women, single parents, nutirtion, exercise, arts, music and are actively engaged in shelter ministries, men and women in transition and feeding the hungry.

In addition, we offer community-based giveaway programs. With the in-kind support of various donors we provide household and repair items for income qualified families. We provide emergency food, toys for children, thanksgiving and holiday baskets for family in need.

Mentoring for at-risk youth and group sessions that promote healthy activities, training to enhance the lives of families.
