Mission Statement

The thought of having the The Positive Radio Network began in 1989, and on July 5, 1993, WMSJ signed on as a full-time Christian music radio station located in Freeport, ME. Through our on-air signal and Internet audio broadcast, we reach more than 30,000 weekly listeners with a message of hope and encouragement, found in a relationship with Jesus Christ. We seek to live out the Gospel by meeting the needs in our local communities by events benefitting the homeless, sick and disadvantaged.

PRIMARY ACTIVITY IS OPERATION OF A RADIO STATION (WMSJ 89.3) WHICH BROADCASTS CHRISTIAN MUSIC AND PROGRAMMING 24 HOURS PER DAY 365 DAYS PER YEAR WHILE PROVIDING SUPPORT TO OTHER CHRISTIAN MINISTRIES AND EVENTS IN NEW ENGLAND.
