Mission Statement

The mission of the Joliet Community Center, an IRS designated 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, is to support the health and well-being of the greater Joliet community. The Joliet Community Center is an equal opportunity provider.

Description

Joliet Community Center features a rental space for meetings, weddings/receptions, dances, birthday parties and other events. Funerals and memorial services are held here for no fee. The building rental fees support the maintenance and upkeep of the building. The Center also houses the Joliet Public Library, a medical clinic, a physical therapy clinic, a Senior's weekly lunch and a Head Start classroom.

The Community Center holds at least 2 fundraisers per year including the annual dinner theatre (spring) and a fall craft show. We also host the town's Joli "Ole St. Nick Day celebration. We are now the venue for voting as well.
