Mission Statement
The mission of Nancy's Hope Community Closet is to provide basic needs to the underserved population in Columbia. We find clothing and essentials for displaced families, homeless, families living with addiction, the disabled and the elderly by developing a process for identifying and focusing on supplying their immediate needs. We are dedicated to building a community of interest with other agencies, organizations and projects for future collaboration for underserved populations. "If a brother or sister is without clothing and in need of daily food, and one of you says to them, "Go in peace, be warmed and filled, and yet you do not give them what is necessary for their body - what use is that?" James 2:15-16
Description

We have received various awards from the community such as the Black Oak Casino, Sierra Nonprofit Services, Women Giving Back and the Soroptimist Club. Now we are participating in the Sonora Cash Mob Campaign. It's on Facebook - Go to our page for more information.
